The Tempranillo was blended with 16% Grenache from Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard, (Alban clone) prior to bottling. Lightly fined with egg whites. Bottled with minimal SO2.
This is a lush, full-bodied wine with lovely perfumed ripe cherry aromas. Flavors of sour cherries and Italian plums are layered with cardamom, cinnamon, cocoa and toast. This wine has great depth of flavor and length.
