The grapes were whole cluster pressed and put into neutral barrels to ferment naturally (no added yeast culture). The wine went through a complete malo-lactic fermentation with no added culture. The two lots of Albariño were blended together prior to bottling. The resulting wine has great structure and focus with lovely orange blossom and white flower aromatics. Flavors of peaches are framed by stony mineral notes and hints of bitter almond. The wine finishes lively and crisp.
